All Is Well In Ogdensburg!!!
Hi readers:
Just a short note to keep you all updated on Brian and Emily. They don't have a computer over there, so they asked me to keep this blog up and to print out the comments, so here I am.
They have been their for 5 days so far, doesn't seem possible, Brian has been quite sick and weak with the c-diff, hopefully with the antibiotic that he is taking he will feel more like himself in a few days.
Emily saw her OB doctor Friday evening, every thing is ok, he even did another altrasound to make sure and yes it is, thank god!!!!! Her due date is December 5th.
If anyone would like to drop a letter or card to them, the address is:
Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center
214 King Street
4th floor Room 411
Ogdensburg, NY 13669
Thanks again for your thoughts and prayers. Noreen

Dear Brian and Emily, Have been thinking, and praying for you daily. I am so glad you are close to home so Emily can have the baby there. I regret to say that I have not been on the computer, and when I am, I glance quick and see the pictures. I am hoping to get to see you guys the week-end after Thanksgiving. However, I hear there is a Noreaster coming then, that is par for the course. I am so proud of you both!! You are both survivors. We have many people praying for you constantly, and also you are in the prayer jar at church. Many many people pray for the ones in the prayer jar, so you have a lot of prayers that way. I know it is hard on the both of you, and the families. Remember how much you are loved, and especially that God loves you. I am looking forward to seeing you both, (we twins have to stick together!) I know that I will cry, so pay no attention to me, I will just be so happy to see you. I felt so much better, just to see pictures on the computer, as I am sure it did everyone else. Guess I have to go. You two have found out what the love and faithfullness of a loving family is like, and you are so fortunate to have that. That is worth more than anything in the world. I pray that God will bless you both all the rest of your life. You are so loved, and cherished. See you soon I hope. Love Joan November 20, 2005.
Hi Brian & Emily,
It seems like just a couple of minutes ago, Mary, Patty, Tommy and I were causing trouble in the day room!!!! Thank goodness you don't have to subject yourselves to the likes of all of us on a regular basis!
I hate that Brian is having difficulty....watch what you eat.....! All that traveling just added to the negative....but this to shall come to pass.......no pun intended! Who am I kidding of course I meant it that way!!!
Everyone here feels calm, now that you all have sucessfully completed that trip...just in time to avoid the cold windy weather we are getting here. I am sure you are both more than calm. This Thanksgiving day will be one that will hold a lot of gratefulness for all of us. Glad to hear that all is well with the little one.
Take care, we will check in with Linda and here. Have a wonderful day on Thursday.....but again Brian watch what you eat!!! Get better soon....or else......."or else what" you say.....I think you know by now I can become quite the handful!!! LOL
All my best, Mickey
Dear Bri and Emily,
Well I have yet another care package of baby clothes that will be mailed out next week. I have been shipping them to Dawn so that they can get them to you at their leisure. This box is much smaller but there are many more to come. I hope that they help. We hope that you have a wonderful Thanksgiving. We will be thinking of you. Love and miss you lots, Scenda, Russ and Tianne
Hi Em and Brian,
This is grandma, hope you are feeling better. Was so glad to see you yesterday. How was the chicken and dumplings that you ordered? Hope they tasted good to you. Snow tomorrow, and you both know what I have to do, UGH, so I will be over to see you later in the week. Love you both dearly. Grandma
Hello everyone
I am sure you know this, but it's REALLY important to wash wash wash hands, with this c-diff thing. You who care for Brian can keep giving it back to him! Or catch it yourselves.
To the last comment, we do wash, wash our hands, but you can't get c-diff by being around Brian, we have done our homework on that.
Thanks anyway!!!!!!!!
Hi Brian and Emily. Its been awhile since I have written you but I have kept up with the comments and your postings. Roger has been sick with an abcess in the colon, and was in the hospital for a couple of days.Have spent alot of time running to the Dr's but I don't have to tell you how that goes. I mailed the baby outfits from Gary and I to Dawn and when she goes to see you she will bring them to you. I was so glad you made the trip North with no problems. Hope you will feel better soon Brian. Em can't wait to see a pic of the baby. Want to wish you both a very Happy Thanksgiving. We all have so very much to be thankful for.We love you both and continue to pray for you both.
Dear kids,
Sorry tohear abot all the troubles with the help. Im sure things will work out in the long run . Just think of it as another wrinkle in the face of life and it wont seem so bad. I am glad Terry is working out for you and Im so glad you all love him very much. He talks alot of the baby and he just loves children. He gets right after his grandson,Nicholas , and they have a go sometimes. Its very comical to see him with NicK and vica versa.
