Happy Halloween!!!
Hi everyone It's a beautiful day in NYC and we actually got to take Brian outside! It was so good to see his reaction to the city and the nice weather! Sorry, this computer is JUNK, the letters don't work half the time!!! I am losing my witts about me !!!!!! Mom is here and we are really enjoying her, sure did miss her. Mom got her first taste of the city yesterday, saw rats going to trash, she was not a happy camper!!!! We laughed so hard at her!!!!! Hopefully we are going to take Brian out again tomorrow, for even a longer walk and maybe to dinner with his therapist. He still has to have a staff member go with us but he doesn't care. Oh, and brian went to the cafeteria today for lunch, he is really getting around!
TODAY IS MY BROTHER'S BIRTHDAY, HAPPY BIRTHDAY CHAD!! LOVE AND MISS YOU.....Sorry we couldn't be there! Not really much new here. I have to say that it really helps to have mom here to help with all of Brian's daily needs. Sorry no pictures, Katie will be back tomorrow. Alot of times on this keyboard the m,p,n,b,and the period don't work. But for some reason they are working now that we got totally frusterated in the beginning of this. Well back to the room for the night. We will check in tomorrow. Thanks to all of our faithful readers and writers. We love all of you. XOXOXOX

The Murray's are enjoying their vacation in Flordia. Yeah, they are really on vacation can you believe it?
Glad you were able to go outside. NY IS a beautiful city, when you aren't looking at the Rats Noreen.
Keep up the GREAT work Bri we are all so proud of you. Emily get the much needed rest you need and deserve before that beautiful little girl arrives. You think Brian is demanding wait till she gets here :)

Hey Bri and Emily! I'm glad to hear that Brian got out. The city is a pretty place during the holiday season. In the next few weeks it will start to become beautiful. (As beautiful as NYC can get!!) I heard mom grandma and shane had a good time visiting. Shane stayed the night with you Bri? Thats awesome. i plan on coming down as soon as i can, but you know whats been happening so hopefully no more of that!!! My birthday is only about a week away! yay! haha. So glad to hear that Brian got his wish to get outside. The fresh air alone should lift your spirits. Gary wanted me to tell Noreen that they arn't rats, as they are the size of dogs in the city. Just writing since I never seem to pick the right time to call.
I was out of town this past weekend, but Patty told me how everything has worked out with the accommodations. Once again please do not hesitate to call if you need something.
We have a family function this weekend that Mary,Louie and I will attend on Sat. Patty escaped!
I will continue to try to call and hope I get lucky, but I am thinking that I am glad to hear that Brian got a little "outside" time, it was probably when I was calling. I am glad to hear that he got a new trach, and that it is working well.

I'm so glad things are going better for you. You have to be one of the strongest women I know to help Brian thru this while being pregnant yourself, but then again its not a question of being strong or brave when it's the one you love is it?
I hope things are going well and that you are taking care of yourself and that baby also.
You know if you ever need anything you can call me, we havent always been the closest of friends, but friends none the less. Good luck with all you are doing and you are in my prayers.
