Brian says "Thank you all so much"
I am here with Brian and he wants to thank everyone so much for all of the cards, gifts and comments on this web site. He had an excellent Birthday considering the circumstances. It was amazing how many people sent him things. His therapists got him a cake and brought it into the gym and everyone sang happy Birthday with lit candles and everything! Then we come back to the his room which was fully decorated in birthday decorations of course decorated by Katie, and 2 giant goody filled boxes from AEON talk about junk food! We are gonna weigh a ton when we get outta here. It was awesome! Noreen & gramma sent packages with gifts as well. Katie's aunt Mary Ann also came with gifts for both of us. We feel so spoiled! He got tons of cards and calls even from Fletcher Allen Hospital including the Attending Doctor Charash. We hope that everyone there has heard about this web site and if so Hello and we miss you all and talk about you all everyday.
The afternoon and evening was spent with Brian's sister, brother in law and nephew. We ordered italian food and Dawn made an awesome Chocolate Cheese cake.
Being a twin was really hard yesterday because this was the first of 26 years that Brian and Shane could not be together on their Birthday. That won't happen again!!!!! We really missed him yesterday and hope that he had as nice of a day as Bri did. We thought about him all day.
Today, has been kind of relaxing. Some of Brian's family from around here came to see us and brought yet some more yummies and we had a nice visit. What a great bunch of people! We are so greatful to have Patty, Tommy, Mary, Mickey and Lou around. Its very comforting to know that they are so close by. We just watched a video from the jamboree that they had for us a couple of weeks ago. It was nice but way to short. We could have watched for hours. Now we are gonna go back to the room and vedge out and munch on all the goodies we have. Hopefully there will be a lifetime movie on or something. Sorry no pictures today, Katie is in boston. Thats ok this will be practice for everyone cause when Katie goes home there will be no more pictures.

Hey guys
i just wanted to tell you both how much i love you and how much you mean to me!!! Im glad you had a good birthday, i wish i could of been there, but i heard all about it from mom dad and shawn. me and andy are going to come down next weekend, due to a personal problem, we will not be able to make it tomarrow :( bri, i just want you to kow how i pray for you every day i love you so much, you are the best uncle and have always been such a big part of my life. i love you!!!

This web site is great. It so good to be able to hear from you and find out how the three of you are doing. Your pictures are great. I am so happy to hear how friendly everyone is there and that you are enjoying some company.
Hope you both enjoyed all the goodies that were sent to you. Brian, how many years does this birthday make? Em, glad to hear that you and the baby are doing well. With Brian and your positive outlook on life things down there will go well. I keep candles lighted at church for you and say prayers to stengthen you both to meet whatever comes your way.
