Happy Holiday's

Hi! We are all doing pretty good. We are really looking forward to Christmas. Karissa is growing up so fast. She just turned "2" on the 1st of December. My baby is all grown up. She is the coolest kid ever!!! We are so blessed to have her. Everything is pretty much the same around here. Karissa is always busy and keeps us that way too. She loves to cook and play mommy. Our living room looks like a toy store!!! Brian still has Physical & Occupational therapy and is doing well. He is also still a Dispatcher for his former employer. He and Karissa are an amazing team. They do everything together and are inseparable. It's really cute. Well I just wanted to give you a little update and let you know we are all still alive. Merry Christmas to all.

Emily

New Pics then look below for an update!

Hello, Finally!!!

Wow, It has been a very long time since I last updated!! I haven't been able to get on here due to some technical difficulty but my dear friend Katie saved me once again, god bless her!! So alot has happened since I last updated, but I won't bore you with all of it. Okay, so one big thing is that My mom got married!!! To Bill of course:) It was very nice. So now after all of these years of me calling Bill my stepfather, he now really is.

So as you can see Karissa is turning into quite the little lady. She is absolutely brilliant!! She is so smart and funny, she really keeps us on our toes. She has a wonderful loving personality, mixed with a stubborn Diva attitude. She is AWESOME!!

Brian is doing well, still doing the same things. We now have myspace accounts so if you have one, look us up! Nothing new with me either I guess. My 10 year class reunion is next month and it scares me how fast time goes by. Karissa is almost 20 months and talking up a storm! She says "oh my god" (that's my favorite) and a bunch of other things. She is very helpful around the house and is a neat freak!! She hates messes! She has to stop what ever she is doing until the mess is cleaned up. She is a dancing machine! Karissa LOVES to dance! It is so adorable! I would have to say that "PAPA" is one of her favorite words, and people. She loves Bill. Its all about PAPA! She calls her uncles "CUNCLE". My dad is called "POPPY". Her little voice is the sweetest thing you have ever heard. Okay, so I am a little obsessed with her, but everyone that knows her is.

So I am gonna try to update more often, so don't give up on us just yet. We hope all is well with everyone else. Please comment so we know you read this. Take care.

New Post

Just to see if this works:)

Hi! I know it has been way to long and I am sorry. Believe it or not with wonderful dial-up it takes like a half an hour to download a picture and then I have to find things to write about so it is a time consuming process! I hear all the time "I check your blog everyday and its always the same." I usually have to do this when little miss busy body is up at moms. She loves to push buttons especially on the computer! She loves to push my buttons as well. As you can see she is growing up so fast. She amazes me everyday. Things have been rough around here for a little while. Karissa has been sick since November. She has had one ear infection after another. In her short little life she has had alot of ear problems. She also just got over pneumonia.(is that how you spell it? I don't know anyway you know what I mean right?) That is not something any baby or mother for that matter should have to go through! On top of that Brian had Bronchitis at the same time. They are both better now. THANK GOD!!!

Now on to bigger, better and happier things. Brian's brother Shane and his girlfriend Jamie had a baby boy on January 4th. His name is Aiden Jay and he is a sweetie. As you can see in the picture above he is tiny! I could just eat him right up. When he was here you never heard a peep out of him. Karissa screamed from the time she woke up till the time she went to bed at that age. What a difference! We don't see him as much as we would like to though.

Brian is now working for AEON again. He is kinda like a dispatcher for the after hours on-call service. It's weird cause we were so used to him getting paged in the middle of the night before but now he doesn't have to go anywhere, he just has to be the one to wake the on-call technician up. He really enjoys it. Brian is still going to out-patient therapy at Clarkson. He finally got his very own wheelchair after more then a year of waiting! That was pretty exciting. He still plays poker alot and has dreams of being part of the World Series of Poker. I think he will be someday. He is very good. He actually played in a tournament at the Casino and finished 5th place out of 178 people. First place was a $10,000.00 buy in ticket for World Series of poker main event in Las Vegas. He was soooo close. It was very exciting but nerve racking. Fifth place was amazing though! We had a really good time. I now know how awesome he really is at this! He his planning on trying again at the end of this month so please keep your fingers crossed!!!

I would love to write something exciting about me but.....unless you think laundry, dishes and Dr. appts. are exciting, I got nothin! I really don't do much. My transmission went in my car for the second time so I got a new one. Thats about the only thing new with me.

Well again I am sorry about bailing on this blog thing for so long. I will try to be better. Take care.

Love,
Emily

Happy Holidays form the Keddy's

Hi everyone! Well we have had some computer problems and I apologize for taking so long to update! I will finally be able to check my email too. It has been a long time and I am sure my mailbox is loaded. So if anyone has emailed us please don't think we ignored you. We will check it soon.

Well alot has been going on with us. Karissa turned a year old on the 1st of December. She had a small party and got tons of presents. It was so much fun. She is amazing. Its so hard to believe she is growing so fast. She is running around and into absolutly EVERYTHING!!!!

Christmas is coming and we are excited about it. Last year was a total disaster so we are making this year so much better! Our lives have improved so much since last year! Brian is now going to Clarkson for Physical Therapy and he is doing well. They really push him and that is what he needs.

Brian's twin brother Shane and his girlfriend Jamie are expecting a baby boy on Dec. 26th and we are looking foward to meeting him. Brian's mom Linda just had surgery on her shoulder and is doing pretty good. It's hard trying to do anything with one arm though. We are having Christmas with them on Saturday.

We were supposed to have Christmas with my dad yesterday but he was to sick to come. We are hoping that its just a flu bug and not cancer related. He just finished his first round of Cemo and Radiation and we find out tomarrow if he needs to have more. He now has a verbilator and that was one of the greatest gifts. We can actually talk.

As you can see from the picture we had a little visitor the other night. Santa came to see us. Karissa did very well considering this is her first Santa experience. Santa brought us a new digital camera and Karissa a talking Dora doll. Gotta love Santa!!! So now we are very picture happy!

Well we wish you all the best Christmas and New Year's ever! We love you all.

from katie

Hi, just checking to see if this will create a new post.

Sunday, October 22, 2006

Hi! I know it has been a very long time since our last update. Time just flies by. Next week Karissa will be 11 months old! It is unreal! Saturday was Bri's Birthday. He has been doing alot of hunting. He went to a hunting preserve downstate with Shane a couple of weeks ago and got two deer with his bow. They had a great time and will be going again next year.

Brian has also been going to texas holdem tournements every Thursday in Norwood. He is a really good poker player. I am hoping that he will win us the millions someday. Karissa is crawling all over the place, walking with help and pulling herself up on anything she can get her hands on. I will have to admit that she is spoiled rotten! Shane and his girlfriend are having a baby boy in January. It will be nice to have someone for Karissa to play with.

My dad is doing a lot better. He is home now and doing radiation everyday. It is hard because he is unable to talk so it is frustrating for him and us. The worst part is not being able to talk to him on the phone. I miss his voice already.

Well we had 3 1/2 inches of snow the other day and it really hits home that winter is too close! We are dreading it so much, but I am looking foward to the holidays. I love Christmas!! Well we hope all is well with everyone. We appreciate your dedication to us and our website. Take care.
